Unique email per comment?

Here’s what I’m attempting to accomplish and I’m wondering if your plugin is the solution I’m looking for:

Users log in to my website and access a specific content-protected page. They read a class, do an exercise, and leave a comment.

When they do, I’d like them to receive a unique email notification that gives them access to the following class.

When they access the next class and leave another comment, they receive yet another unique email notification to the next class.

I want this notification to be sent only once per user for the initial comment they leave (because sometimes I have exchanges with users in the comments section, and I don’t want them to get the “auto-response” email repeatedly).

Is your plugin the solution for me? Can it achieve what I’m attempting to set up?
