Unique field but error when edit profile

Hi, I like your plugin, but I just some error.
I have created unique field, but when user update profile their get error.
Can I make unique profile just for registration not update profile?

Hi @wahyd,

Please provide us the complete information, with a screenshot, of how you created the unique fields. Also, please provide us with the registration form and account page links.

We will look into it and get back to you accordingly.

this is how I’ve created unique field

Hi @wahyd,

Please check this screenshot https://i.imgur.com/LY3TiqQ.png we have tested the unique filed and it is working fine here.

It seems that there is a conflict between the plugin. Could you please refer to this documentation https://docs.wpuserregistration.com/docs/how-to-check-plugin-theme-conflict/ and follow the instruction kindly? This will let you know the cause of the error.

Hi @shresthauzwal,

I have checked and no conflict.

I mean when I don’t change the unique field,
example:
- when I register I fill in the unique field with “1234”
- then when i edit the profile in my account page, i don’t change the unique column, i leave the value “1234”
then I submitted, I got this error
