Unique header image for each post

In case the title doesn’t explain it well enough, I am looking to have each post have a unique image displayed as the background image for the title of the post. As an example, I essentially want to do exactly what this blog does: http://www.joeelariophotography.com/

The problem with this, as far as I can tell from reading it is that the code that t31os provides actually takes and checks to see if it is a single post on that is not on the home page, and changes the header image of the site, not the image that is behind the title of the post. I could be wrong on that though.

I apologize if that isn’t enough information. I am hoping someone can at least give me a shoving off point, or point me to something/somewhere where I might get an idea.
