UNIQUE WordPress Theme Creator

Just wondered if anyone had used a theme called “UNIQUE WordPress Theme Creator”.
It’s available at both these sites for free.

It seems too good to be true, to be free, so I’m a little suspicious.

Has anyone tried it and is it legit?
