Unisntalling Plugin Issue

    Hi Guys,

    I have tried to uninstall a plugin that I don’t need anymore, but I had problems.

    When I click on deactivate button, this message appears in my home page. Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_plugin_active() in /home/xxxx/public_html/xxxx.com/wp-content/themes/xxxx/functions/theme-scripts.php on line 78

    When I reactivate the plugin the website works fine.

    Could you help me to fix it?
