    Hi,

    I need help with the plugin because all of a sudden the units are not anymore loading. There is a JavaScript error, page_id cannot be fetched.

    Do you have any idea?

    First there was the problem with saving the modules what supposed to be due to the put-method of the server but there was a workaround which also does not work anymore.

    Starting to give up on this plugin a bit. Hope you can help.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey @marjetwullink,

    Hope you’re well.

    I tried on my test site but couldn’t replicate the problem. Did you try plugin conflict test? You need to deactivate all plugins except CoursePress and if it solves that means some plugin conflicting with CoursePress. To find which plugin you need to activate plugins one by one until replicating issue. And if you find any conflict please let me know.

    Cheers,
    Oguz

    Yes, I deactivated all the plugins except CP and it does not work.

    Ok This one mysteriously is solved.
    But it might be related to the problem that now is occurring on the 2 websites I have that are using CoursePress. This is that the Units are not saving!

    Thansk in advance,

    grtz,
    Marjet

    Hello @marjetwullink

    Hope all is well!

    I apologize for the delay in this thread. Please let us know if the issue is resolved on the other two sites?

    If the issue persists, would you please deactivate all the other plugins and try to save units again?

    If the issue persists, with all other plugins deactivated, please enable debug by adding the following lines in the wp-config.php file:

    define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );

    Make sure that you insert these lines above /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */.

    Save changes in Units to replicate the error. This way all errors will be saved in the debug.log file inside the /wp-content/ directory.

    Let us know if there will be any errors in the debug.log file.

    Cheers,
    Nastia
