Unknown application or version for `wordpress 6.3.1′

    Im trying to use installatron to back up the websites on my server and I keep getting this error

    Unknown application or version for wordpress 6.3.1'. Please contact your service provider.<br>Unknown application or version forwordpress 6.3.1′. Please contact your service provider.

    any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @liana07, thanks for your message.

    Does that error disappear when you disable Wordfence from WordPress > Plugins > Installed Plugins which might point to a false-positive block of the action Installatron is trying to take? Are there any more details like timestamps and specific filenames with that error, or is that message all you see?

    Thank you for your fast response. I don’t have wordfence installed. That is the only error I get.

    @wfpeter heres an error:
