Unknown Category in Writing Posts

I don’t know when it started lurking around my blog but now I see a category named “Plastic Surgery” (which I have not defined) in the Write > Post page. I checked on Manage > Categories and indeed it was not there.
How could this be possible? Is it spam or something like a side effect of a hack attempt?
