Thanks for reaching out. In order to troubleshoot what may be occurring please share the following information:
- Your Site Health information. You can share privately using this form.
- Have you made any changes to your site since being asked to redo the plugin setup?
- Have you attempted setup using a Chrome browser incognito window?
Many thanks for sharing. It looks like you’re using Cloudflare on your site, with the issue similar to that reported in another support topic. I’ve created a GitHub issue so we can investigate this further.
While I look into this and perform some troubleshooting steps from my side can you try the steps below, which would temporarily deactivate your Cloudflare plugin:
- Install and activate the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.
- Navigate to “Plugins > Health Check & Troubleshooting > Troubleshoot”.
- From the same screen click on the “Available Plugins” tab at the top right and then click on the “Enable” option next to “Site Kit by Google”
- Attempt to setup Site Kit once more
You can exit troubleshooting mode afterwards.
