Thanks for reaching out @genadko, and sharing at what stage you encounter this error. Assuming you have already tried the “Redo the plugin setup” button that accompanies this error, you can reset Site Kit in order to setup the plugin once more (Tools > Available Tools > Reset Site Kit). Note that be resetting, you will need to connect all previously connected modules once more.
If you continue to see this error after performing a reset, please share your Site Health information and we can investigate this further. You can use this form to share privately if preferred. Thank you!
Hi James!
Thank you for your answer.
I had privately shared “Site Health information” using the above-mentioned form.
Many thanks for sharing @genadko, much appreciated. As nothing stands out from reviewing the details and inspecting your site, can you confirm that you already performed a reset via Tools > Available Tools > Reset Site Kit? If not, please go ahead and do so, before attempting Site Kit setup once more.
If you did already perform a reset, please share the following:
- Do you see any warnings or errors when checking your Site Health status (Tools > Site Health > Status), which differs from your Site Health information requested above? Such errors may include REST endpoint references.
- A screen recording of your experience. You can use a service such as Loom to share a screen recording, while using the same form previously used to share this privately.
Let me know if you have any questions with the above. Thank you.
As we didn’t receive a response I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to open a new support topic if you continue to encounter issues, or reopen this topic and we’d be happy to assist.
