I’m getting an error Unknown error occurred (500) once i’m trying to do bulk or individual optimization. I tried the recommendation in the below link
https://imagify.io/documentation/unknown-error-bulk-optimization/
But even though it’s not working.

There was a temporary issue on our end that caused the plugin to display that error; it has been fixed meanwhile.

I am getting this as well. Note that (I am pretty sure) it began after I upgraded shared hosting php to 7.2.

Working now for me but no acknowledgement of my support request at all. Paid for a year up front so yes it’s great it seems to be working, I’d like to receive confirmation of support requests.

Same error. I’ve longed liked this plugin, but this is a massive show stopping problem. it’s causing my site to stop running reliably and slowing everything down.
