“Unknown Error” Packlink Plugin

    Hi,
    I’ve been trying to install and configure the Packlink Pro plugin on our WooCommerce platform. No matter which way I install the plugin, each time I click on the installed plugin to configure the API settings, I simply get a blank page then eventually a “unknown error occured” message.

    Has anyone got any way to fix/get around this?

    Hi,

    Is your module in mantenance mode?

    If it the case please turn off the mantenance mode.

    Check also if you setup properly the default adress and default parcel in centimeters and kg.
