Unknown icon on web tab

    Hi,all. Thanks in advance for any help offered.

    The site I am working on is http://www.madmigraine.com/

    The problem is there’s a red Z in the tab to the left of the web title. How do I remove or change that icon?

    Sorry, I do not find any red Z. Clear your browser cache and view again.
