Unknown storage engine ‘InnoDB’ error

    I have contacted site support for my WP website to ask if they can help with the error I have received from the WP mail SMPT plug-in. This was their reply.

    “We do have the MyISAM as a database storage engine on all our servers. In the error message, your plugin is looking to create a table which requires a database storage engine InnoDB. Due to a shared server environment, it is not possible to enable the InnoDB engine for your site. 
    You can contact the plugin provider and request them to add code in the plugin that allows you to create a table supported with MyISAM as a database storage engine.”

    Can anyone help please?
