a quick look seems fine to me , what/which page it says so ?

when URI contains ?add-to-cart=25138 , the page is set to no-cache , as this is an action to add item to cart , when page is not cached , it won’t be optimized

and this is not exactly a normal page , it’s special case and only happens when user try to add an item into cart.

I don’t think you need to do anything , the add-to-cart URI is not normal URI that user faces directly.

if you really want to make it happen , go to Cache -> Force Cache URI , add add-to-cart 1 into the field
