Unnecessary Error Logging

    Hi,

    One thing I find annoying about recent versions of your plug-in is that it unnecessarily logs errors related to SSL not being present whenever I go to the plug-in settings. The majority of us simply don’t have SSL, so it isn’t really an error as such for most of us. And even if you do have a problem with SSL, I see no reason to fill the logs with this error – simply display it on the plug-in’s settings page and leave it at that.

    This is not a problem with version 1.3.11 and earlier.
