unpleasant display

hi..
i really don’t like the looks and structure of the reviews summary. it looks scattered!
the title is far upwards, the author is displayed far to the right, the review shows a very large quote sign. i think there is a conflict with CSS. i could have shown you screenshots, but i don’t know how to.

kindly proffer solution.
