I have a problem with the plugin, when my clients want to make a purchase this message come: [UNPROCESSABLE_ENTITY] The Requested Action Could Not Be Performed, Semantically Incorrect, Or Failed Business Validation. https://Developer.Paypal.Com/Docs/Api/Orders/V2/#Error-MISSING_SHIPPING_ADDRESS
They tell me that they fill all the form with the correct values but still appears this message. I don’t receive any order of something like that so I think I’m losing some clients for this error.

    Hello @lizarboleda

Thank you for reaching out to us, we are here to help.
Can you tell me what country this web store is in? We have many threads open on our forum regarding an issue that is caused for countries where the postal code is not mandatory (like Ireland, UAE, etc).
We have a fix ready for the next release, but this might take a bit more time before it is released. If you want to get a beta version of this fix, you can open a service desk ticket, so we can provide this package to you. You can create a ticket with Inpsyde here: https://paypal.inpsyde.com/docs/request-support/

    Pending your response.

    Kind regards,
    Joost

Hi @joostvandevijver thanks for your reply
The web store is from Ecuador so I don’t think the postal code is an issue, however I will create the support ticket and try the beta version.

    Hello @lizarboleda

many South American countries experience this issue, so I would expect the same to be the case for you. Let us know if this package works for you. I will mark this thread as resolved, since we can’t do much more here at the moment.

    Kind regards,
    Joost

Hi, I’m also having exactly the same problem. I am in Ireland where postcode is not mandatory. Do we need to cancel Paypal payments plugin and wait for a fix?
