[UNPROCESSABLE_ENTITY] #error-PAYMENT_DENIED

    Hello,

    When customers (or myself) try to purchase with the embedded Paypal Credit Card form, the transaction fails with the following message:

    [UNPROCESSABLE_ENTITY] The requested action could not be performed, semantically incorrect, or failed business validation. https://developer.paypal.com/docs/api/orders/v2/#error-PAYMENT_DENIED

    However I cannot find any documentation for the “PAYMENT_DENIED” error. Can anyone explain why this might happen (with different cards/details)?

    EDIT: Just wanted to mention that the purchases work fine when using the pop-up paypal form.

    Hi @pixelpanther,

    I suggest reaching out to the PayPal MTS as this error is coming directly from PayPal.
    When you have logging enabled in the plugin settings, the Debug ID for the API request can help the PayPal MTS find more details about the payment.

    This appears unlikely to be a problem with the plugin itself, but the best way to rule out an account-related issue is to test it with a PayPal sandbox account.
