    Terrible support. The plugin has major issues, and the agent provided no useful guidance on how to fix them. Instead, they blamed my fully functional website setup for the problems I was experiencing.

    @galosu82 upon investigation we could find that the issue was with your website 404 error is not caused by our plugin.

    I replicated the issue on a fresh WordPress installation here: https://wpsandbox.net/. When the website language changes, the event links stop working, while everything else functions correctly. There is a workaround (updating the permalink structure) but the issue reappears if the language is changed again. This behavior definitely makes your plugin deserve to be described as “unreliable”. Moreover, you blamed my installation for the issue (which I proved totally unrelated). Plugin: unreliable. Customer support: unreliable.

    Hello,

    @galosu82 We understand your concern . However we have tested with multiple sites and we did not receive any error so the issue is with your site or the third party plugins . Install a fresh wordpress installation and check the functionalities it will work fine.
