• My Unresolved tickets (under Filter, upper-right) always says zero, even tho I have a number of tickets not closed. How do I mark a ticket “Resolved”? I can find no input for that.

    Hello,

    Please go to Support > Ticket List > More Settings > Agent View > Unresolved Statuses and select the statuses you want to add in the unresolved filter.
