    Hi there,

I’ve just installed the plugin and created my first conditional fields.

As soon as I add the conditional field statements I receive a warning “Unsaved changes may not be saved” message. As soon as I delete the statements, all is good.

I can also only delete the statement in text mode. The ‘remove’ button doesn’t delete the statements.

If I proceed, even with the message appearing the form works. But it doesn’t send the email at all. As soon as I remove all the statements the email is sent and the form works as intended.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Did a fresh install of WordPress with only CF7 and CF7CF running on the default theme. I am still getting the same issue.

Do you have any more info? Can you let me know how I can reproduce this issue?

When I install both plugins on a fresh website and I add my email address to the to-field, then i add the shortcode to a page and fill out the form, everything works fine…

The initial mail tests I did this morning arrived in my mailbox about 3 hours later. Just did another test and it sends the mail successfully. Must have been something with the host.

I do still get the message “Unsaved changes may not be saved” when I add the conditional fields. But it would appear that the changes are being saved. Any specific reason this might be happening?

Sorry, I don’t want to waste your time but appreciate the support and feedback.

This used to happen with the datepicker for cf7 plugin. But that plugin has been discontinued. You have absolutely no other plugins installed apart from CF7 and this one?

I do have five other plugins installed, of which one is a date-picker. But the warning message keeps popping up even when I disable all the plugins. Hence why I did a test on a fresh installation with no plugins and just the default theme. But I still get the message. Very strange. But it looks like it is saving the changes.

make sure to refresh the page on the admin after you have disabled the plugins.

If you disable the plugins in another tab and then try to save the form there will still be old javascript and html on the page that could cause the message.

Hi Pieter, I just checked this and added some tests, and verified that this is not happening on a clean wordpress installation with both the latest versions of CF7 and Conditional Fields installed.

Could you explain to me exactly the steps I have to take to reproduce this?
