    Hi, I closed some of my sites, they were using “Loco Translate”MailPoet”, I don’t remember if this plugin required an account registration to work, I wanted to delete it, how do I do it? Thanks in advance.

    I’m not sure about Loco Translate because it’s a third-party plugin. Can you share the websites’ URL so I can check if there are any active licenses?

    Hi, thanks for the help, it was a mistake, I was referring to MailPoet, do I need a subscription to use this plugin? It was installed on my sites that I closed and if there was a subscription I would like to cancel it, thanks.

    Hi there @userweb,

    Most people who use MailPoet do have a sending plan. We have free plans for small numbers of subscribers, so if you only had a few hundred subscribers or less, chances are you did not have a paid plan.

    However, if you had more subscribers than that or just want to make sure, we would need some identifying information about your site and your account to find any plans and then cancel them.
