    Hi, I closed some of my sites, they were using “Woocommerce Gateway Stripe”, I don’t remember if this plugin required an account registration to work, I wanted to delete it, how do I do it? Thanks in advance.

    Hi there!

    The WooCommerce Stripe Gateway plugin does require a Stripe account to process payments. If you’ve closed the sites and no longer need the plugin or Stripe integration, here’s what you can do:

    1. Deactivate and delete the plugin from your WordPress dashboard under Plugins > Installed Plugins.
    2. If you had connected a Stripe account, you can also log in to your Stripe Dashboard and disconnect any active API keys or webhooks linked to your site.
    3. If you’re no longer using the Stripe account at all, you can choose to close the account directly from your Stripe dashboard (under Settings > Account details > Close account).

    Ok but apart from the Stripe account, the plugin didn’t require the registration of an email account to work?

    Hi there,

    The WooCommerce Stripe plugin only requires your Stripe account to be connected. No separate email registration is needed within the plugin itself.

    Hi, I closed my ecommerce business so I closed the related sites, with Woocommerce and the plugin I was fine.
