    i unsubscribed a few days ago from your forum
    but, even it shows in my profile that i am not subscribed.. i still receive messages
    kindly unsubscribe me, as there seems to be a buggy ‘unsubscribe’ link for that plugin forum…clicking it again and again, keeps the status ‘unsubscribe from this forum’

    Hi, when you open a support ticket, there is a checkbox “Notify me of follow-up replies via email” make sure you uncheck it when you open tickets which you do not want to get emails for.
