I have seen WPBakery (also known as Visual Composer). However, that is a page builder. Gutenberg is not that, and doesn’t attempt to be that. It’s just a post editor.
Hopefully, page builders will pick up on the functionality in Gutenberg and integrate it with themselves. Gutenberg seems designed to be extensible in that manner, so it could be used for those existing page builders as well.

This is definitely happening – WP Bakery (formerly Visual Composer) authors have announced plans to be compatible with Gutenberg. If you search their blog you should find details of their plans.
