Unwanted notifications

Could you please tell me, why I always get an email notification for your updates:

I have not subscribed to anything here at all; I have just checked my settings!
Also NOT to your plugin or its updates!
Your plugin changes are the only notifications here from ww.wp.xz.cn, that I get.
