The product catalog integrates well with our Ultimate Reviews plugin. First of all, could you make sure you have UPCP plugin installed? Then could you just enable the “UPCP Integration” option in the “Basic” area of the settings in our reviews plugin and see if that works?

We tested it ourselves and received the same result (i.e. the settings weren’t saving properly for us either).
Our team is working on it now and should be releasing an update shortly.
I had this problem too. And was asked to disable plugins and switch themes etc to check if this plugin conflicts with others. I’m glad i’m not the only person experiencing this. Disabling plugins and switching themes would have been a real pain for me. I look forward to the fix and update.
