Update 2.12.0 breaks layout

    Update 2.12.0 now breaks the layout with a sidebar, it now forces the plugin to span full page width. If I check “alternative layout” in options, it fixes it, however now it displays two post/sermon titles: one above and one right below it, center-aligned.
    Also, preacher images have now been completely removed from the archive and single sermon view and replaced with featured/sermon images. I have built my whole workflow around preacher images, you can’t just remove features like that. I guess I can reupload my preacher images as sermon images, but who knows what will happen tomorrow and the author decides to change it again. It’s unacceptable to change the plugin behavior in such major way without providing a fallback for your users. Please bring preacher images back and allow us to choose what to display in sermons.

    Thanks for your feedback however this should really have been made in the support threads rather than being a ‘review’.

    As with all significant updates there will be some issues but we’re a dedicated team who resolves all issues promptly, case in point, your review had a reply to it within 30min…on the weekend. You can also look at our track record on the support threads and our reviews…all being 5 stars since we took over.

    So may i please request that you remove this review as it is more a support thread that we will definitely resolve with you.

    Thanks for your response. Just FYI in case you need to submit a support request in the future, you can do so via https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/sermon-manager-for-wordpress/ or if you have purchased premium support you will have access to a priority ticket system via our website.

    Our support team is not normally on during the weekend so we’ll get back to you on Monday first thing. Please include the required information (URL plus ideally some temporary admin logins) in an email to Nikola and we’ll sort it all out 🙂

    Hey @serdima,

    Until we hear back from you, would you mind downgrading down the previous version of Sermon Manager so you can go back to your previous state when things were looking right?

    Hi @wpforchurch,
    I have already submitted a ticket and working with Nikola on a fix. I have sent him the files like he requested, but he hasn’t responded to my latest email yet.

    I am already using the older version, I downgraded.
    I do not believe the review is misleading as of right now the plugin is completely broken in sidebar layouts, it’s showing two titles and pushes the sidebar to the bottom even on desktop screen.
    I will be happy to remove the 1 star review as soon as the issue is fixed and upgrade is released.

    Hi @serdima,

    Could you please download the development release, and check the option named “Theme Compatibility”?

    The issue should be fixed now. 🙂

    To install the development version:

    1. Deactivate and remove existing Sermon Manager (no data will be lost)
    2. Download and activate development version
