For a next try, please clear cache and save the cookie banner settings, proceed to check the cookie banner on the front-end. Adjust where necessary.
Please disable any WooCommerce integrations under Complianz -> Integrations so we know which one might cause the issue.
It might also be a caching issue, and it should clear by itself,

When I disabled all my WP Rocket File Optimization options, it works again.
On my .com website the link to my Privacy & Cookie Policy is shown weird: “Privacy & Cookie policy”.
On the .be website it shows normal.
It was the ‘Minify Java Script files” in WP Rocket that caused the issue. When disabling this, everything works. Except for the link to my Privacy & Cookie Policy.
I suppose it’s the ‘&’ sign that’s in the name of my page that causes this? In the Dutch translation I don’t use it and there everything is normal.
