UPdate 6.9 issue

Hi

I’m having a problem with the last update, 6.9 on WP…
I lost the button to access at MEDIA.

When I had downgraded, it was reachable again.
The update to 6.9 was set back by the internet hoster!
The original theme was GREENSHIFT when it happened.
I’ve cleared the cache (ftp).
I’ve set off all the extensions.
I’ve switched on >Twenty twenty four theme
I’ve updated the PHP 8.4.
I’ve tried to install the 6.9 WP again.

(Between the 2 backups I have…some stuff was added. If possible, I won’t like to go to backup -1 😉 .)

None of all that worked!
How can I fix this issue?
