Just to give an update:
I have been able to resolve the point (a) by refreshing the page every time I create a new question. It is not a good solution, but all solutions are good.
The points b, c and d are still unresolved.
Please let me know if you have any updates.

as for the issues:
point b): will be able to give you an exact update tomorrow when our team members test the quiz again.
point c): I make a note and will enrol for a course in css coding. :-). I think till then we have to bear the stacked media.
point d): Yes, the certificate option is now available. Will share an update on its behaviour too.

Hello,
We tested the plugin’s functions and found:
Timer:
Does not tick-in automatically everytime.
Is not visible on the top of the page.
We have restricted for 30 minutes but when the timer does not tick in, it can go on forever. One quiz lasted for more than 1000 minutes. No force submit action took place automatically.

I regret to insist but we can’t decide for QSM Pro if your support team does not revert with solutions to queries.
I even raised a ticket on the link you shared. Did not get any reply.
Issues after update 7.0 (and still remaining after todays update 7.0.1):
1) Timer : does not show ON SCREEN at the start of the quiz. You will agree that as a user experience, it is very important to see the timer, especially if it is quiz.
2) %CONTACT_ALL% : Not working…. Is it obligatory for a candidate to fill in “contact form” of qsm, every time he gives the quiz in order to have it in the results? At the moment, it has stopped taking our user profile details (using ultimate member registration form) after update 7.0.
3) Images show up stacked one above other in the questions. You suggested a CSS solution. I’m on it.
4) Question numbers: not visible in results.
5) Certificate: Does not take our registration page info in Name and Business. Making a QSM Form before each quiz obligatory and hence less user friendly.
I know, I may seem bugging, I regret it, but we intend to use your plugin professionally and can’t take risk releasing the quiz without having found solutions to the problems we are facing.

We will provide you with the immediate support. But before that, as we have recently launched version 7.0.1 of the plugin. I suggest you to please update the plugin and let me know if the issue gets resolved or not.
