    Hi @mfabowl ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I understand that the Update button does not work when updating some products.

This could be a cause of a theme/plugin conflict, and I’d suggest performing a full conflict test as a first step, in order to rule this out.

The best way to determine this is to temporarily switch your theme back to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce.

You can find a more detailed explanation of how to do a conflict test here.

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To find the culprit, reactivate your theme, and then your plugins one by one, testing after each.

Additionally, if you’re using any customization on the website, for example through custom codes, please temporarily disable the same and see if that helps.

You can clone your site to a staging environment and perform tests without modifying your live site or impacting customers, by using a plugin such as the free WP Staging plugin.

If the issue persists after the conflict test, please can you share a copy of the following in order to get a better understanding of your sites current environment:

    • System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.

Once you have these, please share them in your response here.

    Cheers!

    Roxy
