Update button remains grey

    On one website I manage, the Update button remains grey even after choosing which file I want to upload. This is true whether trying to replace an image, PDF, or any other file. (On my other site, it works perfectly.)

    I suspect a conflict with another plugin, but wonder if there is a list of known conflicts before I start turning everything off.

    Is it possible that there is a conflict with Jetpack’s CDN?

    No, we’re not aware of any conflicting plugin but if you can figure this one out please share the findings here so the others can have this info too.

    I have the same problem – the upload button remains grey and I cannot click on it.
    How did you resolve the problem?
