Update cart button styling issue

    When the cart page loads and the “update cart” button is disabled, the styling seems to be the default styling from whatever stylesheet it’s pulling from. When an item in the cart is changed, the button becomes enabled and the defined styling shows.

    How do I get the disabled state to reflect the desired styling?
