Update causes White Screen

    Every time I update to the newest version, the site works for about 8 hours then only loads the white screen. I then have to do a site restore because turning off all plugins does not solve the issue.

    Please follow these steps to help us investigate the issue:

    1. Enable WordPress Debug Logging
      • Access your wp-config.php file (via FTP or hosting file manager).
      • Add or update the following lines before /* That's all, stop editing! */: define('WP_DEBUG', true); define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true);
    2. Update EventPrime
      • Update the EventPrime plugin to the latest version as usual.
    3. Reproduce the Issue
      • Wait until the issue occurs (white screen) after the update.
    4. Share the Debug Log
      • Download the wp-content/debug.log file and share it with us so we can analyze the errors.

    Following these steps will allow us to pinpoint what’s causing the site to crash.
