Update Database

I am confused about the update database process. I manually updated my wordpress install through a FTP client. Then when I try to access my admin panel I get http://4rmula.com/wp-admin/upgrade.php?_wp_http_referer=%2Fwp-admin%2F

SO I click the link and I get a page with like 50 errors
http://4rmula.com/wp-admin/upgrade.php?step=1&backto=%2Fwp-admin%2F

I scroll to the bottom and click continue and it just brings me right back to the first page? Am I suppose to do something with the error Link? I am not computer savvy and any help is greatly appreciated.

I am stuck!! Please advise
