Update didn’t work

    Hi,

    I just tried to update Wordfence, but it didn’t work:

    Die Datei konnte nicht kopiert werden. (File couldn’t be copied.) wordfence/lib/GeoLite2-Country.mmdb

    Can you please help me?

    I’d recommend removing Wordfence using FTP and reinstalling it from the plugins > add new page on your site.

    As an aside, if you need faster support you should consider a premium subscription. While we try to support all our users, the forums aren’t guaranteed a response time.
