Update error: Could not create directory

    Trying to install the latest update, it fails with the following messages:

    Downloading update from https://downloads.wp.xz.cn/plugin/wptouch.3.2.4.1.zip…

Unpacking the update…

Could not create directory.

    It sounds like a permissions problem, but all my other plugin updates work fine.
    What directory is it trying to create?

    What directory is it trying to create?

    WPtouch needs to create the wptouch-data directory in /wp-content. You can relax permissions to the /wp-content folder temporarily while you install WPtouch. You can set them to 755 and go more relaxed if needed, then change them back.
