Yes, that is possible. In the “CF7” integration in our plugin, there is an update you can use to enable “Update Existing Subscribers”.

Yes, that is possible if you wish to add list details to CF7 form directly. Please make sure to activate the “CF7” integration.

I regret to say this is not possible. The update option is not available via code. This setting is available via the integration page of “CF7” under the “MC4WP > Integrations” menu.
