Update fail

Hello.
Do you require special hosting settings? I’ve been using your backup plugin on multiple domains, and in more than two years I’ve failed to update myself successfully and for the first time. On ftp, I can see that the update has been downloaded to the upgrade folder, and it will end. I have to manually turn off the maintenance mode and log on again to install your plugin.
