Hi mstudioIL are you trying to upgrade to the latest version? What version do you currently have installed?
I download the new version from here and upload it by FTP.
So the version is right, but why I got the error?
Did you upload the plugin uncompressed and replaced the files in the server? Have you tried to update the plugin through WordPress?
I upload it uncompressed and overwrite all the files.
Have you tried to Backup the settings? What version did your run before you tried to upgrade?
I did not tried to Backup the settings I will check this next time.
