    I saw the above while trying to update today. Any tips to solve it pls?

    You’ll probably need to ask your webhost, it’s a timeout on their end.
    If they are slow to respond, I’d try it again, and if that doesn’t work, delete the plugin and reinstall it from the built-in plugin installer.
