So you get the error with the latest version but not an earlier version? What’s the error say?
Also, I went to the URL you provided and I was able to go to the final form on First Data’s site. Does this mean you have an older version of the plugin installed?

Sorry it took me awhile to reply. I have version 2.92 of the plugin. I believe it’s just an empty screen when I try to process the payment. I do remember exactly and I do not want to update since it’s a live site and I do want to interrupt payments.
I only get the error when I update to the latest version. The older version works fine.
Version 2.92 is the version I committed to the repository a month ago. You posted about this two months ago. When you get the white screen of death, is there an error log file in the plugin’s folder?

I updated the plugin and here is the error message I receive:
Unable to proceed with payment
We cannot proceed with payment because of technical difficulties.
Please try again later or contact customer support at HUNTSVILLE CARDIOVASCULAR CLINIC P.C..
I’m running WordPress 4.9.7.
Any idea why I still cannot update the plugin? I still have version 2.81. Any advice would be appreciated. Has this problem ever been reported by anyone else?
