Update form appears twice

    Hi

    When users login to the update page with the [pdb_record] shortcode the form appears twice. Not a big problem but it could be nice if it only appeared once.

    Has anyone experienced this issue?

    I use the latest version of the plugin (version 1.7.9.9) and WordPress 4.9.8.
