Update impossible & bancontact error

Hello,

I’m facing two issues with the plugin:

1. When I try to update it, I get an error. I’m still stuck on the old version (3.4.5).
2. When a customer pays with Bancontact, the automatic export doesn’t always work. The orders go through the exact same statuses, so it should work consistently, but sometimes it doesn’t. I don’t understand why.

Could you please help me resolve these issues?
