UPDATE install.php PAGE Problem

hello there!
I have wordpress. Sometime my site shows the (WORDPRESS INSTALLATION PAGE) it’s show like this (http://www.mywebsite.com/wp-admin/install.php) when i install wordpress it’s shows again next day or after some hours.
Please reply me ASAP. How can i solve this problem?
