    I’m using Popup Maker-Age Verification Modal as an age gate for my website, but after the update, it caused issues with Visual Composer which I am using to build the elements of the site.

    In order to edit pages, I had to disable Popup Maker, but what can we do to resolve the issue, since I need an age gate in order to operate?

    @vchub – Is the conflict with the Age Verification extension or Popup Maker plugin itself? IE which do you have to disable. I have an update available for Age Verification if you can submit a support ticket to https://wppopupmaker.com/support. Sorry I have not had time to get the release pushed out to everyone by normal means, I am trying to get caught up so that I can do that.

    Hey, thanks for the response!

    I activated just the Age Verification, and I can edit pages, but it requires Popup Maker for the modal to work. So it seems to me that the issue is with the plugin itself.

    Any thoughts?

    @vchub – Quick way to verify that, if it happens with popup maker enabled and age verification disabled its not the extension. In any case please try this:

    To view jQuery/Javascript errors, open up your error console (in chrome, view > developer > javascript console) and see what is shown.

    If you see any red errors, click the black arrow revealing all the details and either screenshot or copy/paste it. Should tell us everything we need to know. May already have a patch for it.

    @danieliser – Which page do you want me to access for the errors? Do I go click into the plugin theme or onto a page I am developing? (Apologies, I am new to the development arena)

    I’m positive it is happening with Popup Maker, not the Age Verification Modal, but I want to do my best to get you access to the error code for a patch.

    @vchub – You mentioned there were issues with visual composer, so whatever page that happens on check the console.
