Update issue.

    I have a WP site 6.8.2 and Elementor 3.31.2 and when I try to migrate a site or restore I keep getting a timeout error. Is this normal. This is on Fusion Arc Hosting. Also tried to update Pro and I get this error,

    Update failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    Hello,

    We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
    The issue with Timeout should not happen, I would suggest you increase the PHP max_execution_time a good execution timeout for a restore would be 300.

    And for the issue of Update, would you please tell if you are facing this issue with the free version of the Pro version of Backuply, if it is with the Pro version, we request you reach out to us at [email protected] because as per WordPress forum guidelines, the support for the Pro versions should be given at the respective websites.
