Update link to plugins directory

Hi there,

I know this plugin hasn’t been updated in 9 years but for the most part it still works. I’ve been using it for years on my site wpbook.net. This weekend I spent a few minutes to update the plugins URL from w.org/extend/plugins/slug to the new w.org/plugins/slug

I also updated some of the functions to follow the WordPress Coding Standards around spacing.
